Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
We deliver to all addresses within Singapore. Standard delivery is fulfilled within 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm on business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the United Kingdom. International orders are delivered via tracked courier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sale periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
As our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in glaze colour, surface texture, and dimensions are natural characteristics — these are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at casapinganz@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage.
We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution. Please retain the original packaging until the matter is fully resolved, as it may be required for courier claims.
