Shipping & Returns

We currently deliver within Singapore only, to all addresses on the island. Standard delivery is fulfilled within 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please WhatsApp us at +65 8120 0721 to arrange a collection time before visiting. We will confirm availability and provide further instructions via WhatsApp.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sale periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Minor variation in colour, glaze and finish between pieces is normal and is not considered a defect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at casapinganz@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage.

We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution. Please retain the original packaging until the matter is fully resolved, as it may be required for courier claims.
